4. Use of Services
You agree to use our services solely for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of others or restrict or inhibit their use and enjoyment of the services. You must not:
- Provide false or misleading information.
- Disrupt the operation of our website or services.
- Use our services for unauthorized commercial purposes.
5. Prices, Alterations, Cancellations, and Deposits
- Prices: All prices for treatments, travel arrangements, and other services will be discussed and confirmed with you before any bookings are made. Each service provider may have different pricing structures and policies, which we will communicate to you in detail before final confirmation.
- Alterations: Any requested changes to your confirmed treatment plan or travel arrangements may incur additional costs and are subject to the availability of the service providers. We will do our best to negotiate on your behalf, but successful rescheduling without extra costs cannot be guaranteed.
- Cancellations: Cancellation policies vary depending on the specific provider. We will inform you of these policies before confirming your bookings. Any applicable refunds will be issued based on the terms of the individual service provider.
- Deposits: Deposits are non-refundable in case of cancellation or alteration. We will, however, make reasonable efforts to assist in rescheduling your plans without extra costs.
6. Affiliate Program
Medical Carelines offers an affiliate program that allows partners to earn commissions by referring clients to our services. As an affiliate, you are eligible to receive up to 20% of the net profits generated from referrals that lead to successful transactions. This commission is calculated based on the profits after deducting any applicable costs and expenses. We value our partnership and commit to providing transparent and timely payments, reflecting the vital role affiliates play in our business growth. Affiliates are expected to adhere to all applicable laws and ethical guidelines in promoting our services.

8. Limitation of Liability

Medical Carelines acts as an intermediary between patients and service providers and is not responsible for any medical or travel complications, errors, or omissions by the providers. You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Medical Carelines, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including legal fees) arising out of or in any way connected with your use of our services, breach of these Terms, or violation of any law.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Turkey. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the use of our services shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Turkey.
